Context

The Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce (CCI) wanted to modernize the support provided by its digital advisors to businesses across the region. With the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), the challenge was twofold:

Raise awareness and train advisors on accessible AI tools
Equip them with concrete use cases to help SMEs and microbusinesses integrate AI into their processes, boosting both revenue and operational efficiency
