Context

Following the merger of the Public Housing Offices (OPH) of Levallois, Puteaux, and Courbevoie, Rive de Seine Habitat had to unify its information systems while ensuring service continuity. The challenges were significant:

  • Heterogeneous IT systems inherited from the three OPHs, increasing the risk of service disruptions

  • Fragmented IT governance with misaligned tools and processes

  • Unoptimized IT spending due to redundant contracts and multiple vendors
