Context
The CTO of an Engie subsidiary, managing a team of 90 people (internal and external), aimed to rethink the structure of the IT department. Despite having a committed team, recurring challenges in project delivery and reduced velocity on strategic topics were evident. The objective was clear: evolve the operating model to increase efficiency.
