General Conditions of use

This page governs the terms of use of the Online Service.

1. Object

The purpose of this page is to define the terms of access, operation and use of the Online Service as well as the respective rights and obligations of the Customer and HUBADVISER in this context.
The Customer undertakes that all Users are aware of and make their best efforts to comply with the Terms of Use. 

2. Evolution of the Online Service and modification of the Terms of Use

To improve its functioning and its quality, HUBADVISER is continually developing the characteristics and functionalities of the Online Service.

In this regard, HUBADVISER may unilaterally modify the Conditions of Use concerning the technical aspects of the Online Service if this does not result in any increase in the price. , or deterioration of the quality and that the characteristics to which the Customer has subject his commitment may have appeared in the Terms of Use.

For other modifications to the Terms of Use, HUBADVISER informs the Customer, by any means, at least 30 days before their entry into force. In the absence of objection by the Customer within this period, the changes will be considered as having been read and accepted. In case of objection or refusal of the modifications, the Customer must cease using the Online Service.

3. Creation and operation of the Account

3.1 Account creation

To create his Account, the User clicks on “Become a Client” in the section dedicated to the Client and fills in the necessary information.

The User undertakes to provide all the mandatory information and guarantees that all the information provided in the registration form is accurate and is not tainted with ‘no ambiguity. Any incomplete registration cannot be validated and any false or inaccurate information will be the responsibility of the Customer.

The User undertakes to immediately update the information appearing in the Account in the event of any modification thereof.

The Customer guarantees and assures HUBADVISER that any User has the power and capacity to create the Account and use the Online Service. More specifically, the Customer guarantees that any User has a mandate to act in the name and on his behalf and / or the appropriate authorizations allowing him to legally engage him.

When creating the Account, the User chooses an email address which will serve as his username and a password which will allow him to connect.

At the end of this registration process, the User receives an email confirming the creation of the Account.

3.2 Finalization of the Account

By connecting to the Account, the User must provide the information requested in the administration section (in particular, the Customer’s legal information and information relating to invoicing) and provide the requested documents (in particular, a Kbis extract of less than three (3) months).

Thanks to the Account, the User can (i) formulate a Project request, (ii) access information on the community of Advisers and (iii) if The HUBADVISER Offer that he has chosen allows it, adding collaborators who will be involved in the management of the Projects through the administration section.

To manage a Project request and / or manage a Project in progress, the User must go to the dedicated section.

4. Access, use and security of the Account

The Customer understands and accepts that he is responsible for the access and use of the Account by Users. In this regard, the Client undertakes to make every effort to inform Users of their responsibilities with regard to the Account.

Unless there is a technical failure attributable to HUBADVISER or a case of force majeure, the User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of his connection data and the Customer agrees to this that each User implement all measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of connection data.

If the User has reason to believe that his connection data has been lost, stolen, misappropriated or compromised in any way, or in the event of unauthorized use of his Account, the User must immediately notify HUBADVISER.

In such a situation, the Customer authorizes HUBADVISER to take all appropriate measures to prevent any new access to the Account.

5. Commitments of HUBADVISER

HUBADVISER undertakes to make the Online Service available to the Customer and Users and to make its best efforts to ensure accessibility and proper functioning.

As such, HUBADVISER undertakes that the Online Service is accessible 24 / 24h and 7 / 7d except in cases of force majeure or unpredictable and insurmountable behavior of a third party, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance and updating interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the Online Service.

HUBADVISER is committed to setting up a support service to answer questions and provide assistance in case of difficulty. For any question or request for information concerning the Online Service, the Customer and the Users can contact HUBADVISER by sending an email to .

In the event of a malfunction or anomaly disrupting the proper functioning of the Online Service, HUBADVISER undertakes to make its best efforts to restore the situation.

6. Responsibility of HUBADVISER

HUBADVISER is not responsible for momentary difficulties or impossibilities of accessing the Online Service or the Account if they originate from circumstances outside it, the force majeure, or even which would be due to disruption of the telecommunications networks.

In cases where the responsibility of HUBADVISER could be engaged concerning the Online Service, this is limited to certain, direct and foreseeable damages. For damages resulting from a failure by HUBADVISER, the compensation due to the Customer, in the event that his liability is directly incurred and proven, will be strictly limited to the costs directly and effectively borne by the Customer.

7. Client commitments

The Customer expressly agrees that each User:

  • respects the laws and regulations in force and does not infringe public order, good morals or the rights of third parties and does not infringe any legislative provision or regulatory.
  • does not use the Online Service fraudulently (eg: a false account or a false identity) and / or to harm the interests of HUBADVISER or third parties .
  • does not assign or transfer their Account in any way to a third party. provide HUBADVISER with all the information necessary for the operation of the Online Service.
  • informs HUBADVISER in the event of any complication of any kind concerning the Online Service.


The Customer undertakes to inform each User that is strictly prohibited: (i) any behavior likely to interrupt, suspend, slow down or prevent the continuity of the Service Online, (ii) any intrusion or attempted intrusion into HUBADVISER’s systems, (iii) any misappropriation of system resources from the Online Service and the Account, (iv) any action likely to impose a disproportionate load on the infrastructures digital HUBADVISER, (v) any breach of security and authentication measures, (vi) any act likely to infringe the rights and financial, commercial or moral interests of HUBADVISER and other users of the Online Service, (vii ) any breach of the Terms of Use, (viii) any copying and / or misappropriation of HUBADVISER’s digital infrastructure and (ix) more generally any practice diverting the Online Service for purposes other than those for which they were designed .

In the event of failure of the Client to fulfill this obligation or of a User to one of the commitments mentioned above, HUBADVISER may, without notice or compensation, suspend the Account and / or access to the Online Service.

8. Responsibility of the Client

The Customer is solely responsible for the use of the Online Service and the Account which is made by the User, so that he is liable for any prejudice that ” he is likely to cause because of his behavior and inaccurate, incomplete, and / or misleading information that he would provide during his registration or in the absence of updating of this information, which he alone assumes the consequences.

The Customer is committed to the respect and proper execution by each User of all the stipulations provided for in the Terms of Use.

9. Intellectual property

The Online Service and each of its components, in particular, but not limited to, software, structures, infrastructures, databases and content of any kind (texts, images, visuals, logos, brands, etc.) operated by HUBADVISER are protected by all intellectual property rights in force.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Online Service and all of its components, including all associated intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property by HUBADVISER.

Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the Online Service or of each of its elements, without the authorization of HUBADVISER, is prohibited.

Similarly, the Customer refrains, except with the prior written authorization of HUBADVISER, from using, reproducing, adapting, modifying, creating derivative works, to distribute, to grant a license, to sell, to transfer, to present publicly, to transmit, to diffuse or to exploit in any other way the Online Service and all of its elements belonging to HUBADVISER.

The Customer undertakes to inform each User of the provisions of this article and guarantees HUBADVISER of any consequence of any breach by a User.
